Overview: This article offers detailed, step-by-step instructions for creating a SmartHub SKU and mapping it to various sales channels.
1. Log in to SmartHub using your credentials and the following link: https://smarthub.amazon.in/
2. Once logged in, go to the sidem menu bar, select Products > Add/Manage Products, and then click on 'Bulk Upload' located in the top right corner.
3. Download the template for "Add New Product". Here is a sample template: Sample_Add_New_Product_Template_V1.xls
4. In the 'Add New Product' template, the mandatory fields are highlighted and must be completed. These fields include::
- SmartHub SKU: Enter a SmartHub SKU of your choice. (Note: For OMS, the SmartHub SKU can either be the same as your Amazon mSKU or a different one. However, for WMS, the SmartHub SKU must match your Amazon mSKU exactly.)
- Product Name
- Brand
- Category
- Length (cm), Width (cm), Height (cm), Weight (kg)
- Has MRP? (Choose 'FALSE' from the dropdown menu)
- Batch ID Required? (Choose 'FALSE' from the dropdown menu)
- Has Serial Number? (Choose 'FALSE' from the dropdown menu)
- Has Expiry? ('TRUE' - If your product has an expiry date. 'FALSE' - If your product does not have an expiry date.)
- Pad Time (days) (Leave it blank if 'Has Expiry' is set to 'FALSE')
5. Once you have completed the 'Add New Product' template with all the required details, click 'Click to Upload' and choose the saved file.
6. Click on 'Job Status' to view the status of your upload.
7. Once you receive a "Completed" status, you need to map the product to the various sales channels.
8. To perform the mapping, navigate to Products > Add/Manage Products and click on Bulk Upload in the top right corner.
9. From the 'Operation Type' dropdown menu, choose 'New SKU Mapping,' and then click 'Download Template.'
10. Download the template for "New SKU Mapping". Here is a sample template: Sample_Sku_Mapping_Template_V1.xls
11. In the "New SKU Mapping" template, fill in the following details:
- SmartHub SKU
- Channel SKU
- Channel Name
12. After completing the 'New SKU Mapping' template with all the necessary details, click 'Click to Upload' and choose the saved file.
13. Click on "Job Status" to check the status of the upload.
14. Once you receive a "Completed" status, you can view the SmartHub SKU details and their corresponding mappings by going to Products > Add/Manage Products.
