You can now scan Tagloop IDs while packing Myntra orders in SmartHub. Tagloop is a verification mechanism that authenticates returned products and ensures they are in resellable condition, helping prevent return fraud and improve customer trust.
Prerequisites
Before packing Tagloop orders, ensure:
- Your account has Tagloop feature enabled (being rolled out incrementally)
- You have Myntra channel orders with Tagloop-enabled SKUs
- You are familiar with the 1×1 Pack flow
What is Tagloop verification?
Tagloop is a verification system used by Myntra to authenticate returned products. Each eligible product receives a unique Tagloop ID that you must scan during packing. This verification helps prevent return fraud, reduces disputes, and builds customer trust in the returns process.
How to identify Tagloop orders
SmartHub provides multiple ways to identify orders requiring Tagloop verification:
On the Order Details page:
- Look for the Tagloop badge displayed next to Tagloop-enabled SKUs
- This badge confirms the order requires Tagloop scanning
On the Pick page:
- Tagloop and non-Tagloop orders are automatically segregated into separate picklists
- You can view Active and Completed picklists filtered by Tagloop attribute
On the Bulk Pack page:
- Tagloop orders appear greyed out with instructions to use the 1×1 Pack flow
- These orders cannot be processed through Bulk Pack
Steps to pack Tagloop orders
To pack a Myntra order with Tagloop verification:
- Navigate to the Pack page
- Select your assigned picklist containing Tagloop orders
- Locate the Tagloop ID field on the Pack Details page
- Scan or manually enter the Tagloop ID from the product tag
- Verify the system validates the Tagloop ID successfully
- Enter box information and tracking details
- Complete the packing process
- Click Done to finalize the shipment
Note: You must scan the Tagloop ID before completing the pack. The system will not allow you to proceed without valid Tagloop verification.
How to filter Tagloop picklists
To view and manage Tagloop-specific picklists:
- Go to the Pick page
- Select the Active pick lists or Completed tab
- Click the Attributes filter option
- Select Tagloop from the dropdown
- View filtered picklists containing only Tagloop orders
This filter helps you organize your workflow and prioritize Tagloop orders efficiently.
Important points to remember
Warning: Tagloop orders must be packed using the 1×1 Pack flow only. You cannot process these orders through Bulk Pack.
Note: Tagloop support is currently available only for Myntra channel orders and is being rolled out incrementally.
Tip: Use the Tagloop filter on the Pick page to quickly identify and prioritize orders requiring Tagloop verification.
