This article explains how you can manage pick lists, pack Meesho orders, and generate shipping documents using Amazon SmartHub. Following the correct workflow helps reduce operational errors, improve shipment accuracy, and streamline bulk order processing for marketplace fulfillment.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that:
- You are logged in to smarthub.amazon.in.
- Your Meesho orders are synced and available in SmartHub.
- Pick lists are created for the orders you want to process.
- Printing settings for invoices and shipping labels are already configured.

a) Activate and manage pick lists
1. Log in to smarthub.amazon.in and click the Orders section on the dashboard to access order management options.
2. Click Pick to open the order picking interface.
3. Select the pick lists you want to activate and this can be done in bulk or select the specific pick list for Meesho.
4. Click Activate pick list to create a single pick list or click Activate Selected to create multiple pick lists at once.
5. Once the pick list is activated, you will receive a confirmation message on the screen.
6. Click Active pick lists to view all pick lists currently active.
b) Process Meesho orders using bulk pack
1. Click Bulk Pack to begin bulk shipment processing.
2. Select Meesho from the channel dropdown and all the orders from the active pick list for Meesho will populate on the screen.
3. You can also enter the Pick list ID to filter the orders for that specific pick list.
4. Click Select Box to choose the packaging box for the shipment.
5. Now click Order Details to select all the orders in one go (or) you can select specific orders by clicking on the checkboxes next to each order.
6. Click Action Center to access order processing options for the shipment.
7. Click Download Invoice & Shiplabel or Print Invoice & Shiplalebl to generate shipping documents for the shipment.
8. Click Confirm to finalize the invoice and shipping label for the shipment.
9. All the orders will then move to Packed.
c) Re-Generate invoice and shiplabel
1. Go to Packed and select the orders by clicking the checkbox next to Order Details.
2. Click Action Center to manage shipment actions once more.
3. You can either Download Invoice & Shiplabel or Print Invoice and Shiplabel.
