Introduction

This article explains how to process customer orders efficiently in Amazon SmartHub using Pick Lists, Bulk Packing, and Shipping Label generation. Following this workflow helps you fulfill orders faster, reduce manual effort, and improve operational accuracy. Once orders are packed and shipping labels are generated, they become ready for dispatch, ensuring a smoother delivery experience for your customers.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding, ensure that:

  • You have access to your Amazon SmartHub account.
  • Orders are available in the Orders dashboard and are ready for processing.
  • Inventory has been updated and is available for fulfillment.

Step 1: Access and Activate a Pick List

Go to SmartHub and sign in to your SmartHub seller account.

Click Orders from the left navigation menu.

Click Pick to view orders ready for picking.

Choose the pick list you want to process.

Click Activate Pick List.The selected orders will now be ready for the picking process.

Step 2: Bulk Pack Orders

After activating pick list, proceed with bulk packing.

Click Bulk Pack.

Choose the date for which pick list is activated. 

Select all the orders for which you want to generate a bulk PDF of invoices and shipping labels.

Step 3: Generate Invoices and Shipping Labels

Navigate to Action Center.

Click Download - Invoice, Download - Shiplabel, or Download - Invoice and Shiplabel, and then click Confirm. A new browser window will open with the bulk PDF, which you can download and save to your computer.

Yes. The Bulk Pack feature allows you to pack multiple orders simultaneously, improving operational efficiency.

Activate a pick list when you are ready to begin picking items for fulfillment.

No. Once the shipping label is generated and the order status changes to Packed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping labels can be generated from the Invoice & Ship Label option available in the Action Center.
