Introduction
Channel mapping ensures your products are correctly published across different marketplaces. This article will guide you through the steps to view, manage, and delete channel mappings in SmartHub. Keeping your channel assignments accurate helps prevent listing issues, avoids overselling, and ensures your customers see the right products at the right time.
a) To disable channel mapping via 1x1 for one product, follow the below steps:-
1. Log in to your Smarthub account
2. Navigate to Products section
3. Click Add/Manage Products to begin managing your product listings.
4. Select Specific Product from Product Details that you wish to unmap
5. Click Edit Product to view channel-specific details
6. Here the product is mapped to Amazon Seller Flex channel and in other cases there may be multiple channels that a product is mapped to.
7. Select the desired channel and click the toggle button next to the channel which is in green colour in order to unmap or disable mapping for the product.
8. Once the mapping is disabled, it would look like the below image
b) To disable the channel mapping in bulk, follow the below steps:-
1. Click Add/Manage Products to go back to the main product management screen.
2. Click Bulk Upload from the product management page.
3. Click Operation Type to choose the type of bulk operation you want to perform.
4. Click Enable/Disable SKUs to manage the activation status of your product SKUs.
5. Click Download Template to download the Excel format used for bulk enable/disable.
6. The downloaded template looks like the below image. Now fill the SmartHub SKU field and select the Channel Name basis the channel you want to unmap, from the drop down list under Channel Name and select Operation Type as Disable.
7. Navigate Click to Upload to select your completed bulk upload file.
8. Click Upload to submit your bulk SKU enable/disable file for processing.
9. Click Job Status to monitor the progress and results of your bulk upload.
10. View errors (if any) and re-upload corrected files. If the file is successfully uploaded, the status would show as Completed.
11. To confirm if the mapping was disabled, navigate to Mapped section under Add/Manage Products
12. Go to the search results area and enter your product search terms to find the desired item quickly.
13. Once the channel mapping is disabled, the toggle option under Enabled for the respective product will be off as shown below.
NOTE: Disabling a SKU removes its active mapping from the channel. Use this method when unmapping multiple products together.

Q1: Does disabling a SKU remove it from all channels?
No — it only disables the SKU for the channel specified in your upload template.

Most updates reflect within a few minutes across SmartHub. Marketplace sync times may vary.
Q3: Can I delete a channel mapping for only one SKU?
Yes — you can do it manually through Edit Product or via bulk upload for multiple SKUs.
