Introduction
Managing channel mappings helps ensure that your products are correctly linked across different sales channels. This article explains how you can delete or update SKU-channel mappings in bulk using the Bulk Upload feature in Amazon SmartHub. Using bulk operations reduces manual effort, simplifies catalog management, and helps maintain accurate product-channel associations across your marketplace integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that:
- You are logged in to smarthub.amazon.in.
- Your products are already available in SmartHub.
- You have access to the channel mapping template.
- You have spreadsheet software available to edit the downloaded file.
1. Log in to smarthub.amazon.in and click Products to open the product management section.
2. Select Add/Manage Products to access your product listings.
3. Click Bulk Upload to open the bulk operations page.
4. Click Operation Type to view the available bulk actions.
5. Select Edit SKU Mapping from the dropdown menu.
NOTE: Use this option whenever you need to update, replace, or remove existing SKU-channel mappings in bulk.
6. Click Download Template to download the SKU mapping file.
7. Save the template to your system. Locate the SKU mappings you want to delete from SmartHub and enter the SmartHub SKU in Column A, enter the respective Channel SKU in Column B, select the channel from the dropdown in Column C and select DELETE from the dropdown in Column D.
8. Save the edited template once all the required fields are completed. Ensure that the file structure and mandatory columns remain unchanged to avoid upload validation errors.
9. Return to the Bulk Upload section and Click Click to Upload.
10. Select the edited SKU mapping template from your device and click Upload to submit the file.
11. Click Job Status to view the progress and results of your bulk upload operation. Check for any validation errors and make corrections if required.
Your channel mapping update request has now been submitted successfully.
After updating channel mappings:
- Confirm that the channel mapping changes have been applied successfully.
- Monitor catalog synchronization across connected marketplaces.
- Periodically audit SKU mappings to prevent listing issues.
