Managing SKU attributes in bulk helps you update product information quickly and maintain accurate product listings across your catalog. This article explains how you can download templates, edit SKU attributes, and upload updated product files using Amazon SmartHub. Bulk SKU editing helps reduce manual effort, improves catalog management efficiency, and ensures customers see updated and accurate product information.
Before you begin, ensure that:
- You are logged in to smarthub.amazon.in.
- Your products are already created in SmartHub.
- You have spreadsheet software available to edit the downloaded template file.
- You know the SKU or product details you want to update.
1. Log in to smarthub.amazon.in and click Products to open the product management section.
2. Click Add/Manage Products to view and manage your product listings.
3. Click Bulk Upload to access bulk product upload options.
4. Click Operation Type to choose the type of bulk operation you want to perform.
5. Click Edit SKU Attributes to modify the attributes of your product SKUs in bulk.
6. Click Download Template to get the Excel template for editing SKU attributes.
7. Click Search for Product/SmartHub SKU/EAN/Channel SKU and enter the SmartHub SKU for the product you want to edit.
8. Click Edit Product to open the product details and from the URL, copy the UUID for that product and enter this as itemID in the Column A of the downloaded template.
9. You can change SmartHub SKU, Product Name, Brand, Category, Length (cm), Width (cm), Height (cm), Weight (kg) using this feature or even update Image URL. The fields highlighted are mandatory to be filled and cannot be left blank.
9. Once all the details are filled in the template, Save the template file to your system and then click Bulk Upload to go back to the bulk upload options.
10. Click Operation Type to select the bulk operation again.
11. Click Edit SKU Attributes and click Click to Upload to start uploading your edited product template file.
12. Click Upload once again to finalize the bulk upload process and apply your changes.
After updating SKU attributes:
- Review updated product listings to ensure changes are reflected correctly.
