Before you begin:
- Ensure you have access to smarthub.amazon.in.
- You should have at least one return recorded in your account for meaningful report filtering.

a) How to access return reports
1. Log in to smarthub.amazon.in.
2. Click on Returns from the main dashboard.
3. Select All Returns to view the complete list of return transactions.
b) How to filter return data
1. Click the search field selector to choose the filter type (e.g., Order ID, Return ID).
2. Select All under categories if you want a complete view of all return types.
3. Click Start Date and choose a date from the date picker to define your report start range.
4. Click End Date and set the final date for your return report
5. Access More Status Filters such as Return Type, Return Status, SmartHub SKU and Channel SKU
6. Continue expanding the filters as needed until your dataset displays only the results you want to analyze. Open Record Actions
NOTE: Use narrower date ranges when handling high volumes of returns — this improves loading speed and makes analysis easier.
c) How to export return reports
1. Click on the Menu Options
2. Now you have two options. Export to csv and Export to Excel, you can choose either of the one to download your return report.
3. Your filtered return report will download as a spreadsheet, allowing you to analyze it further or share it with your internal teams and the report would look like the below image.
