Introduction

Monitoring performance metrics helps you track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement in your fulfillment process. This article explains how you can download and analyze performance reports on Amazon SmartHub by selecting specific metrics and date ranges. Reviewing these reports regularly helps improve order management, reduce cancellations, and optimize overall seller performance.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that:

  • You are logged in to smarthub.amazon.in.
  • You have access to the Performance Dashboard.
  • Your order and fulfillment data are available for the selected reporting period.

1. Log in to smarthub.amazon.in and click Performance to open the performance dashboard.

2. The performance of your SmartHub account is based on Order Defect Rate, Late Ship Rate, Order cancellation rate, Return Rate. Each one of these have their own targets that needs to be met in order to maintain a good performance. 

If you receive any strike then it will be highlighted in the Strikes received section.

3. Click Download to start downloading the performance data report.

4. Click Select Performance Metrics to choose which metrics to include in your report.


5. Click Select Cycle to specify the time period for the performance data.

6. Select Date Range for your report.

7. Click Download to download the report with your selected metrics and date range.

8. Click Download again to confirm and save the performance report to your device.

9. The downloaded file would look like the below image with all the mentioned attaributes.



10. Open the Downloads section on your SmartHub account to access the downloaded files and view all your downloaded performance reports and files.

NOTE: The performance page on SmartHub displays performance strikes received only for Seller Flex orders. For other channels such as Easy Ship, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, and Meesho, any performance strikes will be visible on their respective marketplace panels.
 

After downloading performance reports:

  • Review recurring operational issues such as cancellations or delays.
  • Compare performance trends across different reporting periods.
  • Share reports with operational or fulfillment teams for performance improvement planning.
