a) Access the box settings section
1. Log in to smarthub.amazon.in and navigate to the Settings icon.
2. Click Boxes to access the box management section and configure packaging details.
b) Add a new custom box
1. Enter the name of the Box you would want to add.
2. Enter the required box measurements such as Length, Width, Height and weight.
3. Click Add to save the new box configuration.
4. You will receive a message about the box being added and the newly added box (for example, Box1) will appear in your box list.
NOTE: Use accurate dimensions to avoid shipping calculation mismatches.
c) Add Amazon-provided boxes
1. Click Or add a new Amazon provided box/envelope.
2. There are 5 types of Amazon boxes, you can either add all of these boxes or add the ones you would prefer. Select Box as the packaging type.
3. Choose the required predefined packaging option (for example, NC17) by clicking on the checkbox next to the box.
4. Click Add Selected to include the packaging in your settings.
d) Edit existing custom box settings.
1. Locate the box you want to modify and click Edit.
2. Select the field you want to update (for example, Boz name or Length or width or height or weight)
3. Modify the required values and click Save to apply the changes.
e) Remove a box configuration.
1. Locate the box you want to delete and click Remove.
2. You will now receive a confirmation message that the box is removed and the deleted box will no longer appear in the configured box list.
NOTE: Removing a box may affect shipping configurations linked to active fulfillment workflows.
After configuring your boxes:
