Introduction to SmartHub

  • Updated

SmartHub, powered by AWS, is a performance first Order Management System (OMS) offered by Amazon. It aggregates and simplifies order, return, inventory, and pricing management across all your sales channels from a single dashboard. Whether you run a store or a warehouse, SmartHub provides all the necessary tools to streamline order fulfillment across your online channels. The platform is user-friendly, making it accessible to businesses of all sizes, from small to large enterprises.

Order Management:

SmartHub allows you to process orders using Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows, with flexibility based on factors like channel, shipping time, and priority. An intuitive dashboard helps you track orders and provides reminders for prompt shipment. The sales team offers initial demo and training during the onboarding process.

Inventory Management:

The system enables seamless integration with your inventory system (POS/ERP), ensuring real-time inventory synchronization across online channels. If you lack a POS or ERP, you can still update inventory directly on SmartHub using bulk upload functionality. The inventory is shared and synced across all channels without the need to dedicate it to any channel.

Returns Management:

SmartHub provides a dashboard to monitor returns at various stages (created, in-transit, out for delivery, delivered, etc.). It offers features like OTP authentication for return deliveries, creating PODs for delivered returns.

Shipping Options:

You have the flexibility to choose how you want to ship orders—whether through your own means, marketplace options, or integrated courier partners. This choice can be made during packing an order.
